While in the ranch, if you shake the wii remote, an earthquake will occur in the game causing all the pokemons on the ground and the miis to fall down. And if you zoom all the way out and shake the wii remote, instead of an earthquake, a tornado may occur causing the pokemons to be lifted off the ground and they spin around in circles until they fall back down.

Once you first start the game you are only aloud to bring in 20 pokemon. But there is a way to change this. First you send in all the pokemon you can in your game into My Pokemon Ranch, then save. Turn off your DS and go to the main menu. Change the day on your Calendar in your Wii to the next day, and you will be aloud to send in more pokemon. Just repeat this process as many times as you can to get 1000 pokemon in your Ranch in just one day.
