i found this secret in my sim's!
i just knew everybody had to here this!
have you ever been insde another sim's house and wished you had some of there item's?
well that's possible
go inside another sim's house and decorat it.when you start decorating grab an item you like and press B and it will go to you'r bag!

but it won't work for some item's because you don't have the blue print but u can still get some other item's that you don't need blue prin'ts for

so the item's you were able to get,take them back to you'r house and put them for decoration and in no time you'r house will look awsome with the cool item's that the sym's had.

you'r sims house's will look terrible but they wil ask for more favore's so you'r bar will go up and you will come closer to getting five star's

p.s. you can't take the item's that they have unlimited of.

there is a catch for this you have a 90% chance of losing realationship with the sim your taking stuff from and if that happens becoming best friends to get awesome items is gonna become harder townies like star dont have tasks so you have to make up for it
