i saw a ghost in the town a couple of times.
she just goes anywhere.
she is mostly by the founyain and the hotel.

try scaring people. i was mean to one sim with another one nearby and it scared the other
sims and ghost essences popped out.

there is always a ghost in the desert... her name is c***andra.... if you are nice to her
she drops ghost essences, but watch out because she tries to scare you sometimes when you
are nice to her.... if shes about to come up from behind you when you try to be nice, just
move and she will stop.

find the museum owner and he'll do a seance with violet and other sims
