you cant create other sims on your game you can create other games or people who come
into the hotel move your favourites in .simply get the changing booth or costume chest
blueprint. build it. and chose dress up friend .there you go all from costumes and
evrything

you can find people in the hotel and you can be nice to them and talk and make them stuff
that they like and then when you get a changing booth blueprint then u can make a changing
booth and dress up your friends!!! the more popular your town gets, the more people will
be at the hotel!

I'm at 4 stars and I'm almost at 5. I have every spot filled up with sims and there's no
more room. How do I get to 5 stars?????? Please answer!
