How do u get the game essences??? i have been looking for them and i am on level 3!!!

were do you find the red crayons and the pottery or clay

when you're at 4 stars, you get like 3/4 of the ways thrugh and now i'm stuck. i've played for a long time and i've gotten nowhere. how do you p***?
