Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident Q&A

I haven't got any shiny dust there! Every review i have read says the same thing and i have even watched a walk through on youtube which clearly has this mystery dust... Mine hasn't - does anyone know why? Is it a game glitch or have i done/not done something?...
