How do you get there?

You get to the snowy mountains by going to Mama Oulla Towers and then through the ladder
of miles to penguin den. But to get past penguin den you need to have the super sling.

The canteen is at Plane Cockpit.The sling is at Bittenbinder's Camp.The torch is at Mouth
of Inti.The shield is at Native Village.The gasmask is at Renegade Headquarters.The raft
is at Mountain Overlook.And the TNT is at Apu Illapu Shrine.And that's where all the tools
are.
