If you have the Nintend Wi-fi USB connector then use it and go to mystery gifts.
Go -OVER NINTENDO WIFI- and voila! You have a Darkrai!

NOTE: Go to Toys 'R' us with your DS with Pokemon Diamond or Pokemon Pearl in.
