I'm stuck in the level just after you turn into a sand monster. From this level your stamina goes back till you hit sanditems. How do I get out of this level

I am stuck in the "dark hall" which is after beating the first boss and turning into the dark prince and back to the prince. I feel retarded since I cannot figure out how to get up that huge wall. Please help.
