How do I make the Rabbids wear different coustumes?

I have played all the trips but there are still 4 minigames in each area that are not unlocked how do I unlock them?

In the instruction booklet of rayman raving rabbids 2,I saw this code for changing rabbids to *** Rayman(on control pad:up up down down). I tryed it everywhere(exept minigames) but it didn't work. Do you know how to get *** Rayman on rayman raving rabbids 2?

What coustumes do I unlock when I get over 12,000 points in:
Burp, Landrey, Rabbid School, Are we there yet?, The China House, Voodoo Rabbids & Rodeo?

Can someone please make a walkthrough or a list of where to unlock each costume for the rabbids?

(i know you have to get 1st place highscore to unlock a costume, but i mean which level unlocks what)
