How do I get the ski lift to the summit?

My younger brother is at the hotel and he gas to get tissues for this guy. The tissues are supposedly in the storeroom but we are not finding any....or the storeroom for the matter. How do you find the tissues?

We are stuck in El Muncho. We have been absolutely everywhere about 5 times over. We are stuck on the part where it says something has been "torn up and left behind - find the scraps". We cannot find anything. Can anyone please help?
