my 5 year old son and I are stuck at El munch. We have released the gang from prison, been in the saloon and bank, but are having a hard time with Velma at the terminals at Cognington's and at the bank, just won't open! What are we missing??

We are stuck in El Muncho. We have been absolutely everywhere about 5 times over. We are stuck on the part where it says something has been "torn up and left behind - find the scraps". We cannot find anything. Can anyone please help?
