Unlockable - Trail planet

This will show you how to unlock the trail planet

Unlockable:How to unlock:
Trail planetYou must get the 3 green stars before you can get to the trail planet, one is in the Dusty dung galaxy under one of the platforms, one is in the Battleroock galaxy you have save Luigi again he is under the first sauser you arrive on, and the last one is in Buoy base get one of those missles to shoot the cage with green in it then get a bullet bill to follow you ( only one ). Then go back to the obvertory and go where the green launch star is it will send you to a planet called the trail planet but you have to do 3 more challanges and get 3 more stars.

Unlockable:How to unlock:
121 starsThere's actually 121 Stars in the game, not 120. To get it, you must first have all 120 Stars. This unlocks Luigi. Beat the entire game with Luigi, defeating Bowser at the end. After this, a new galaxy will be unlocked. Finish this final galaxy to get the 121st Star.
LuigiHere's how to get Luigi. First, get all 120 Stars in the game. Then, return to Rosalina (on the Comet Observatory) and request to fight Bowser one last time. Defeat him and let the credits roll. Thereafter, a message will appear telling you Luigi is a playable character.
Death CountThe Grand Finale Galaxy, which is the secret galaxy that can be unlocked after 120 Stars are gathered with both Mario and Luigi, holds another secret. Once the final Star is acquired with both characters in this galaxy, you will be able to see your death count on your save file. This will allow you to see how many times you died while playing the game with both Mario and Luigi.
Additional Demo StagesIf you're playing a demo version of the game at a kiosk, try holding down the 1 and 2 buttons as you press A and B to start the game. This will unlock additional stages for you to play through.
Extra LivesBecause you start each game with only four lives (after shutting the game off and turning it back on), you might be in need of some extra lives upon rebooting the game. You can usually get five right off the bat from Toad (he'll run around with a letter above his head, symbolizing a letter from either Luigi, or more likely Peach). There are four more strewn around the Observatory that you can acquire, however:
Enemy SacrificeThis may be an obvious hint, but it's one worth stating nonetheless. When you fight most enemies, you can control what comes from their dead bodies when defeated (a sort of
infinite 1-UpsIf you grab any 1-Up Mushroom at the Comet Observatory, you can then head into any dome, back out, and arrive back at the Comet Observatory without having played any stage. This will make the 1-Up Mushroom you acquired reappear.
Super StompIf you want to do a specialized stomp with Mario or Luigi, try the following. When you jump, before you press the Z button to do the Ground Pound, spin by shaking the Wii controller. As you are spinning, you can then press the Z button. The result? A stronger stomp that will actually track the enemy and follow it, kind of like a heat-seeking missile!

Unlockable - List

Unlockable:How to unlock:
Hidden Character *SPOILERS*Get all 120 stars. Return to Rosalina on the Comet Observatory and request to fight Bowser again. Finish the credits and you will get a message saying that Luigi is now playable.
Grand Finale Galaxy and Star 121 *SPOILERS*To unlock the final star and galaxy, collect all 120 stars with Luigi and beat Bowser. Doing so unlocks the Grand Finale Galaxy, which is the Star Festival seen in the beginning of the game. Collecting the 100 purple coins in this galaxy gets you the final star.

Unlockable - How to earn star bits in the fountain

First do spacejunk galaxy and do the second level.When u see a blue floor in any ships go down.actually there are two.but go in both.the first one u go it will be full of starbits.An if u want to save some lives ,when ur battling inm the last ship go down the blue floor.And it will be better to have 2 players.like u can stop the witches fireballs mandibugs but not the big witch.

Unlockable - Fly with Mario

When you have beaten Bowser with Mario go to the gate and step onto the little castle. Agree to help Rosilina protector of the cosmos and she will leave you with a red powerup luma to help you. Collect ALL 100 purple coins and you will get a red star which will give Mario red and black clothing and the ability to fly.

Unlockable - Unlock Luigi

To unlock this hidden character you must collect ALL 120 stars and then return to Rosalina on the Comet Observatory and ask to fight Bowser again. When the credits have completed you will see a message that tells you that Luigi is now available as a playable character.

If you press these buttons while you are running or doing another action, you will do an awesome jump.

Unlock the gateway and talk to roselina. you now need to collect 100 purple coins. if you manage that you get red stars around the observatory. snag one to get flying mario.
