Super Mario Galaxy Hints

There are lives hidden all over the obsevetory...next to the starshroom... at the bottom of the kitchen...under the observetory on thos spinny things...rite at the peak of the spike going up the middle...and under the gateway. if you go into a room and then back out...all the lives appear again...so just go in and out a few times an get loads of lives

Use a second Wiimote during game play. Although a second player will not appear, the second Wiimote will have its own pointer, allowing another player to assist by collecting items and helping Mario's jumps.

When the countdown timer starts as you are racing Cosmic Mario, hold forward, then as it hits 2, hold down on Z to crouch, and when the race starts hit A right away and you will turn yellow for a few seconds and get a really good boost that will put you way ahead of Cosmic Mario.

Use 2 player remote.whenever you click "a"(press tight) when pointing at missiles,bombs,and monsters,it will freeze as long as the player 2 pointer is on it or near it.

The secret star is in the first level in freezeflame galaxy so click on the first star and now i'll walk you through it. When you first arrive you have to race that penuig then go after him ( HINT: if you spin while walking on ice you'll be able to skate ), then go on the sling star to the summit. Now get the big mystry coin and get the ice flower ( if you want to go to the big mystry coin in the water and a ton of coins will appear, and if you want to collect them ). Then go to where you see these other things sprinkleing water ( there may be a 1-up there ) and backflip ( crouch then press A ) you will see another sling star fly in it. You should appear on another part of the summit the will be a fire flower there, now you must use it to burn down the snowmen, but there are also frozen bats the only way you can kill them is if you shoot a fireball at them. then get past those things that come in and out and get there in time to melt the other snowman once you completly burn it another sling star will come up. The next part you have to do it again melt the snowman to get across to the other side, get past those " things " without getting pushed and get the other fire flower, but there are boulders if you get hit once you will die. Get past them burn the snowman get on the sling star and now try not to fall off or you'll also die. The last part is when you have to wall jump ( hit A on a wall ) without getting pushed by those " things " when you FINALLY reach the top the star will be there.

When you are spinning in the air press Z, and you'll do this triple flip ground pound.

Grand Finale Galaxy and Star 121 for Mario and Luigi *SPOILERS*

To unlock the final star and galaxy, collect all 120 stars with Luigi and beat Bowser. Doing so unlocks the Grand Finale Galaxy, accessible from the green trial planet, which is the Star Festival seen in the beginning of the game. Collecting the 100 purple coins in this galaxy gets you the final star.

WARNING: Make sure you have a ton of of lives!!!

Then go to the sling pod galaxy, collect as much star bits as you can ( because there are a ton of star bits there ) and when you collected 50, die on purpose. Keep repeting until you have maxed to 999. Then keep doing the sling pod galaxy till you finally reach 9999!

HINT: As soon as you collect 9999 star dits it'll turn coconuts into watermelons

In the Buoy base the floating fortress when you get to the part where those red electracal thing come out unscrew the one on the top then the big door should open up, while you walk around it, and to you it will acually look like a pokeball!!!

You will only need to worry about 2 of the 3 because luigi will fin done of them after u get him to help u search for power stars(fyi i tis located in battlerock galaxy). The first one is in space junk galaxy where after u feed a hungry luma it will transform into a yoshi head planet and when u destroy all the goombas on it u will get a green star. The other one is in dusty dune galaxy and it comes from a planet created by a hungry luma under neath one of the platforms after u fly off the starting point.

To get starbits in loopdeswoop without co-star, do the following: get the 3 green stars to unlock the trials planet, talk to the luma that takes you to loopdeswoop galaxy. during the ride, you may see large "?" coins in the air. beat the ride within 90 seconds and talk to the puinguin. he will say that your time is hard to acheive and that the people want to see you. go to the starting platform to use the sling star. you will fly through the air and collect the coins, making starbits appear for you to collect!

While you are Mario OR Luigi, duck down to the ground and then SPIN, Mario/Luigi will do a cool ground spin!

WARNING: Make sure you have a lot of lives

Go to the Melty molten galaxy for Fiery dino piranah at the part before you face the piranah you will see a lot of star bits collect all of them and then die keep repeting until you have 999. Then keep repeting the level till you have 9999.

You will find this secret star unecpetally in the Buoy base and this secret star is acually a green star! I'm going to walk you through it. When you first arrive go to the left side of the water and dive in you will see this cage with something green in it, it will acually be a warp pipe get one of those missles to follow you to break the cage, you'll propally think how to get in there will be a small whirlpool that will lead you into the warp pipe. The warp pipe will take you outside of the ball of water ( but if you fall off it'll take you back to where you were before you entered the warp pipe so be careful ). There will be cannons with bullet bills in them, but you can only get one to follow you or they will collide and crash, get to the end you'll see a cage with the green star in it! Get the bullet bill to crash the cage and VOLLA! there's a green star!

When Luigi needs help and you don't know where he is, he's in the good egg galaxy go there. When you first arrive you might see him on the roof on that house, wall jump the house then spin towards Luigi, you'll atuo matacilly be on the roof!!! ITS a PIECE OF CAKE!!!

Its not easy, get 120 stars WITH LUIGI!!! Go to the planet with the green stars in the middle of all 3 of them there'll be another one talk to him and say " yes " he'll send you to the Grand fiale galaxy collect 100 purple coins and get the final star ( 121st )!!! When you beat it with Luigi then you'll be able to get the last star with Mario!!!

When you have 120 stars go to the file section where you have 120 stars there should be an icon showing Mario switching to Luigi, press on it and then where it shows the stars and star bits, the color will change to green. When you start the game you should be Luigi!!!

All you have to do is go up to a person and talk to him/her. Then PRESS and HOLD A! Then you will noitice that they will talk faster.

When you are in a bowser level, before confronting the boss, long jump far to the left of the platform. if you did it right, bowser will not show up, and he will not until you go in or cross the central circle.

First you go to the garage and open the box then go around the kitchen counter clockwise then go under the library (this takes timing if you are not flying mario) after that grab flying mario then go under gateway galaxy finally go to the top (i mean exact top)

Get all 120 stars with Mario and then go to Bowser's Galaxy Reactor and beat him. After the credits you will see a sign that says luigi is unlocked,Beat the game with Luigi and You will get the Final Galaxy![ps;I'm not telling you where it is.Bwahahahaha!!!]

You can use the cannon on the beach for a shortcut. Normally you would need to use the cannon to shoot yourself to the nearby planet to get a Fire Flower then use the Jump Star to return to the beach so that you can light the two torches to open the door on the first Star, or the three torches to make the Ice Flower appear on the second Star. However, if you get in the cannon and turn it all the way to the left as far as it will go, you will see two yellow platforms moving up and down. Watch them carefully. When the farthest platform is up, line your crosshairs up with the side of it. Then, wait until the closest platform goes back up, and fire yourself in that direction. If timed correctly, the platforms will have switched again and you will hit the side of the furthest platform and fall on the ground. You must hit the wall or you will overshoot and die. This will put you inside the "bowel" area without opening the door on the first Star. If you are on the second Star, you will not have to worry about getting the Ice Flower to cross the lake and jump the faucets. You can just proceed right and climb the poles to get to the Bubble Shooter.

Easy Star Bits in Sling Pod Galaxy

There is a comet where there are a lot of Star Bits. Grab onto the nearest grey tree, and collect all the Star Bits. You will get an extra life because of the number of Star Bits. Once you have collected all of the Star Bits, intentionally fall into the black hole. You will not lose a life because of the previously awarded extra life. After you have jumped into the black hole, you will respawn at the last grey tree you were on. Collect all the Star Bit again, and jump off. Continue doing this to get as many Star Bits as desired. Each time will result in about fifty Star Bits.



Easy lives in Space Junk Galaxy

Select the Tarantox's Tangled Web Star. Play through the level until you get to the glass-covered planet. If you have not already done so, feed the Hungry Luma fifty Star Bits. Use the Launch Star it creates to go to the Yoshi head planet. Then, without killing them, collect as many Goombas as possible, and get them to follow you. You will need at least eight of them. Jump and keep bouncing on them without hitting the ground. A number should appear that counts up to "7". On the eighth Goomba, you will start getting extra lives for every Goomba you bounce on. It is possible to get more than ten extra lives per attempt.

You can unlock Luigi at the end when you have 120 or 121 stars

Unlock LUIGI then go to your galaxy switch to LUIGI he will say "Wee-Gee"
