i think you should walk upside down, get on as many spin stars jump stars as possible. and
if there's a power star on that level try to get it because if you get that he'l probally
appear.good luck finding!

to find luigi u need to go to that small river next to where u start.(as be mario.) then u
go up there and go to the next upper level and he's on the tree.

p.s. if u even lose the suit,shoot his down with a star bit.

comlete the level and when the toad gives you the star, don't get the star but slide off
the tree and then fly to the bit that you get to after swinging on the sproutle vine on
trouble on the tower. then go up the edge to where the catapillar normally is. then fly to
luigi and spin him off.
