You have to play a 99 Stock Brawl Match with you playing as Sonic, versing 3 level 9
Sonics, on Green Hill Zone Stage, and you have to win. He is in another set of secret
characters.

you cant get him in brawl and you cant hack to get him, you can hack sonic to look like
him, hence, great for machinima

but you can if you texture hack OR you are sonic at the same time as 4 sonics on green
hill zone do the taunt your to slow then beat him ...JK! *rickrolled playz*
