dude. It's the big round thing on the floor on the right half of the building.

then use the key to open the door next to the door where you got the elevator key, turn
the switch. then go to the elevator and use the blue lightning on the thing by it

did you turn on the power when you get the card outside go inside and turn left walk past
one door and use the card to open the door and cut on the power

wat tht made no sense

So, make sure you first got the key that is outside. Before you descend into the human
ranch.

The elevator is to the farthest right of the facility. So keep going left until you find
this last field and there should be a phantom there . . . ? I'm not sure if it's different
per game or whatever.

There should be a mildly large circle at the lower left with a blue thing there. Examine
it and you should be able to use the Light Electricity to turn it on.
