 so i am at the point when i am getting the bears armor and i have passed the ship and i am by the crane and there is a floating dock. i cant seem to find a way to get passed that point. which way do i go becuase it seems i can not reason the cloth swing and i cant glide to the next box its to far?

 ive gotten to the docks and like cleared it and *** and answered those questions and pan keeps saying tht we need to talk to the bear and apperently the bear is behind the bar but it wont let me around there like a invisble wall so im stuck wat shud i do ??
