 Some people say that if I build a cabin and 2 chairs then the shower plan will be unlocked. But what kind of cabin should I build? How should I locate the 2 chairs?

 I made the bungalow with my STRONGEST sim and after I finished building the Sim needed some sleep so I got out her sleeping mat and chose "sleep" (inside of the bungalow) and now all of her motives are down except SLEEP and COMFORT because she's sleeping. I can still switch sims to be her but I can press EVERY BUTTON and she's still sleeping! She has slept for 7 days AT LEAST MAYBE MORE! I think she may die,and that's okay,but how can I speed up the dying process? How can I wake her up? If you have any help please reply THANK YOU A LOT

 there are these 2 (that i know of) door kind of things that i can inspect but i can't open, what do i do to open them? And there is the blur foot prints to go somewhere above rocks but i can't seem to do anything when i get to that point. any help!!!
