Help!

I made the bungalow with my STRONGEST sim and after I finished building the Sim needed some sleep so I got out her sleeping mat and chose "sleep" (inside of the bungalow) and now all of her motives are down except SLEEP and COMFORT because she's sleeping. I can still switch sims to be her but I can press EVERY BUTTON and she's still sleeping! She has slept for 7 days AT LEAST MAYBE MORE! I think she may die,and that's okay,but how can I speed up the dying process? How can I wake her up? If you have any help please reply THANK YOU A LOT
