I'm having the exact same problem! I moved to another house but choose to put my furniture
in storage, now I can't use it. Same thing, lil red x's or something...smh

Nintendo and EA were lazy and made the controls extremely hard and impossible to use!

Delete things out of the storage. And maybe because its not placed proper

is there a small thing that you can't see in the way of the house being built in the place
you want it to be?just check that and see if you can see anything. The second thing is
that your house is gonna be caught on fire and you have to purchase a fire extinguisher.
for the 3rd thing there's a house that you can but that's already for sale and you can buy
houses already furnished. also, do you have enough money for the bed you want? increase
money by subscribing to the newspaper and when you get the newspaper click look for a job
and then you'll have a job and you can make some money to buy the bed. "sorry if i end up
being wrong!!!)

so you cannot build your own house you have to buy one from home style;

the exact same thing happened to me when i tried to buy a massive house but worked out it
has to be under a certain number for you to be able to put it there;

and also you cant buy a fire extinguisher, you walk up to the fire and click it, it should
say extinguish

I was fine wirlth my house that i had until i sold my bed to get a bettter one. Once i
sold it, it didnt let me buy a new one. I was like wtf. So then i sold my house & put t
stuffbin storage. Bought an empty lot & when i tried buying a house model or whatecer;
when i pressed A it wasnt buying it & i had plentynof money. & everytime i tried putting
my furniturebin it, it wpild dissappear. So then i sold that & boughr an already built
house & i barely have any furniture in it & it has those x's. So now idk what to do. Im
dissappointed with this & i've also had that message abodut the repeatedly violating the
code & my jouse cauht on fire twice. sorry i couldnt help. We all seem to have the same
problem sorta.

IT WILL NOT LET ME PLACE THE HOUSE DOWN! I press A and the fire code thing keeps popping
up. I have plenty of money to buy the house it just wont let me put it down!

It is okayy with buying the house but when i press go back to actually play the game i do
not have a house on my empty lot. Pleasee help!!

the last file i had when i first got it let me put a house but i used my aunts wii not
mine and now it wont work

the game has been pretty cool until i tried to build a house on the empty lot tonight i
have enough money and when i click a house to buy it the little squares under it are green
i press a and nothing happens it is ******* me off. it makes me want to set game on fire.

I used the cheat withe the catfish to get 999999$ (i works great) and bought the house on
seacliff avenue unfirnished and i didnt want the walls and doors so i sold it and bought
the same house again and it wont let me place it! EA F*cked up.

Okay. Just cuz the game won't let you build a house, you end up swearing. Not everyone
likes it. So just stop swearing!

What do you do when it doesnt let you place your house? ,the grid underneath is green but

First u have 2 compleate ur life time wish the. Click on the land near the lake then build
ur house its workedfor me many times and 4 those retardes that swear wile trying to build

thats how big the house will be if upgraded and you need that much space. *** idiots.

Ive been playing it for almost 5 months now. I play 7 hours straight and u cant build ur
house u can buy a house and place it on the lot.

The game has way too many glitches and thins that needs to be fixed. Had the same problem.
