Actually what you do is you can buy any house or plot of land and then go to the Build and
Buy. Click on the sell button and at the top you can sell ur house. After that go back to
the Build and Buy and click on the house button. From there you can choose the style of
house, the house, and the model of the house. Once you have placed ur house u can go back
to the Build and Buy and edit your house to ur heart's content! Don't forget to build
walls inside and doors!!!!!!!!

If you click a several times and really quickly, eventually it will let you have it. But
if you take a break for even a millisecond it won't allow you to have it. Good luck!

If you want to get 999,999 simoleans- which is as much as possible, go to the supermarket
and buy 53 3 gold star catfish. Then go to some random person's house and put them in the
refrigerator for like, 11 seconds (in human) then take them out. Go back to the
supermarket and sell every last one of 'em and you get 17,000 and something dollars each
time you sell them. It really works i swear! It may not be 53 catfish tho it may be more,
just buy as much as you can cuz it will pay off! Note: even though you get all this money
tho you still won't be able to get the huge houses cuz its violation of the fire code..

First buy the house in front of the police station then buy it furnished then you go to
the grocery store buy 100 catfish put it in the fridge back home then take it out and sell
it back you should get $17,000 each fish you sell then you can sell the house and buy a
different you dont wait 20seconds or 1day just put in and take it out you might mess up
when i said put catfish in and take it out i meant put it in then exit the menu the go
back on the menu then go sell it you should have $999,999 simos

Oh if you want a big house all you have to do is get a big lawn and the house that you
want back it up away from the sidewalk peeps!!!

For ps3 xbox press l1 l2 r1 r2 all at the same time and for longer life open the pause
menu then go 2 options and life length or something like ps spend the money on the ps3 or
pc version there better and allow more xbox fits in there too oh and pc is best after all

Just use the catfish cheat. If yu don't know what that is her it is:1.buy a fridge
2.go to the grocery store
3.buy at least 72 catfish
4.go to your house and put all your catfish in the fridge
5. Skip a couple seconds
6. Take out catfish and sell them to the store
You should get 9000,000,000 simoleons,they will never run out! Hope this helped! This is

I spend 40 bucks for this game because i thought its a good game i do the catfish cheat
and now i have 999,999 simoleons but when i sell my house and move in to the big lot and
choose the green house it said that im in violation of fire code and they wont let me to
buy the house that i want. Please help me
