Okay so i bought this game because i was going through withdraw from the pc version, the graphics actually looked good on the back (that was a letdown -_-) and it said you could have karma powers. So far it has been glitchy as hell and the karma powers are confusing. Its been pretty cool otherwise though. So heres what i need help on:

1. Clothes: i read that if you have a dresser in your house you can change your sims outfits up. But whenever i click my dresser it just says wear uniform it doesn't give me plan outfit and i already know how to switch from everyday to pjs ext but im bored of her everyday outfit and her kid was born with ugly clothes xd how can i change them?

2. Karma powers? Okay so my sim got her lifetime wish so shes uber psyched and has 30 thousand somthin' happiness points well my first though was to buy my favorite of the karma powers epic fail for 2,000 happiness points. I did and all it did was put pixles around me for like 5 mins and now it looks like i never bought it. Can somone please explain how these *** powers work?!

3. Wtf? All of a sudden my shower disappeared! Poof! Then when i better furnished my home my daughter's useless fracking dresser up and poofed too! Where are these things going?

4. Here is the big one: it says after i make my family i can move into an empty house, build a house on an empty lot or take over a occupied house. Now i want to take over an occupied house but it won't let me it shows no options for that can someone please tell me how to do this? Thank you!
