What are the codes to unlock toys

does anybody know where all the cards in the junkyard level is? i have all but one. i'm trying to get it because it is the only card left on the rally racer in al's toy barn.

there is a very high up egg at the stunt park on toy story 3 the video game, there r 2 of them, i got one with the half pipe, but the other one is too far away to get with the half pipe, i dont understand how to get it.

I am looking for an egg at sids haunted house and i can not find it, it is sooo hard to find, al the other ones were pretty easy but it still says I am missing an egg at sids haunted house because I do not have the gold star yet. it doesnt make much sense.
