Unlockable - I Beleive I can FLY! If you are in Syda Neen, find Forgoth's house and go to the signs that tell you to leave Syda Neen.Go West (left) and keep going untill you find a book and you will hear a guy screaming. Them he will fall on the book. He has a green robe, a bit of gold, and best of all, 3 scrolls that can make you fly!!! But be careful, if you fall after30 or 60 seconds, you will die. Cheats - Unlock Past Security Level when you get to a lock that you cant unlock, try it once or twice. if it still won't let you, sleep for 24 hours. then try it again. if it says lock pick failed then just keep trying. but if it says lock to complex, then it was to high for the cheat. it only works to about 20 points above what you can get normally. this is kind of useful if you are just out of range for the lock, and you don't feel like checking every cave for days to find an ekash's lock splitter scroll. Cheats - Expensive Deadric Katana Go to the Dren plantation, and go to the field with all the jellyfish monsters in it.Look for the shack that is really raised up and go in. In there is a guy who has not so good armor, but a katana worth 120,000 gold, that also does up to 60 damage. Kill him, but you should use something to paralyze him with, cause when he hits you, you lose a lot of health , depending on what armor you have. when has dead you can also steal a lot of the gold he has stashed way in there. Cheats - Woemaster First, you have to get very good with the longsword. Next, go to the guard tower in Balmora that is on the East side of the river. Get the White Sword of Woe from the top of the dresser. Go to the guard tower in Suran (it is near the huge bug) and grab the replica of the first sword from under the bed. Cheats - Get Samurai Armor for Free If you want two Wraithguards here is how to do it.  First of all you need to follow the story up until Lord Vivec gives you the first one.  Here comes the hard part.  You then need to kill Lord Vivec.  After killing him the game will tell you how you have created a doomed world and who cares, this is the only time you need to confront him and with that said you just take the Mysterious Dwemer Artifact that is own his dead body.  Then you take it to the Corprusarium in Tel Fyr and speak to Yagrum Bagarn.  He will tell you to get the following two book.  Kagrenac's Planbook in Kagrenac's Library inside of Tureynulal and Kagrenac's Journal in the citadel Endusal.  Just be sure when you get the two book you kill the vampires and take the pendants that they wear.  Then take the books back to Yagrum and have him activate Wraithguard.  Odd how the one Vivec gives you is for your Right Hand and the one Yagrum Activates is for your left.  Regardless you now have two Wraithguards. Cheats - Restore health First, you will need a lot of money, depending on the skill you wish to train. Next, you will need to find someone who teaches that skill. Once you have done both of those things, start training repeatedly in a certain skill, or multiple skills. As you probably know, when someone trains you in any skill, your level meter goes up 1/10. Train ten times, or however many times it takes you to level, to level up. To control the multipliers (relatively) you will need to know the governing attribute of the skill(s) you have trained in. When you train in something, the multiplier on the governing attribute of that skill goes up by 1x, to a maximum of 5x. You can have any number of multipliers, as long as they add up to ten. Note that certain skills take more to train than others, and as your skill increases, so does the price of the training. The following is a list of trainers and their locations that can train their particular mastery up to 100 points. Note: Some of the trainers will require you to do certain things, such as get to a certain rank in their guild. Cheats - It's magik (the skill picker upper) Ok, all u have to do is go to Balmora and go to the mages Guild on the the opposite side of the silt strider. Go upstairs and talk to someone. Go to spells. Now, most of the people their should have bound weapon spells like bound longsword. Anyway, buy the bound longsword spell and go into your inventory. Go to magic and equip BOUND LONGSWORD. Now exit your invintory and press y so that u can see your hands. now press right trigger to cast the spell. 99 percent of the time it doesnt work so u should use the unlimited magic cheat by highlighting the magicka bar and pressing black, white,white,black, white and hold a and while holding a press b then u should have unlimited magicka until u go back to that screen. So keep pressing right trigger until the spell works then u should already have the bound longsword in your hand. if u dont press x then it should be there. Then whith the bound longsword out press these three buttons at once. x+left trigger+right trigger. make sure u press them all at once. Then hold those buttonsu should hear the sound of changing your weapon bu your weapon is not really changing! You should hear a sound as if you're changing weapons, but if done correctly you didn't. The game will also slow down for just a bit.
