Hello this is a Morrowind legend and halo as well to do this you must go to arrille's trade house and buy the spell that put's up your luck then go to balmora and go to the mage's guild and buy soultrap and then do speelmaking and go 100-100 fortify willpower first then this soultrap 2sec's on target that's it and do all the type's of atirbute's this is best to do it when you start off because you can kill anything ok go have fun lol cheater's
