is there any way that i can get inside the puzzle canal? i cant find a way in. I've gone in there where the shrine thing is and above the door that u came in from there's this barrier, and that barrier i cant find a way to get through it. someone help please?

I was in sneak when i went through a door. now he is stuck in sneak and i can't talk to anybody. when i try changing the controls, my game freezes.
