Go to the either of the temples and sacrafice people or donate gold (depends on which temple you are at) and you get a weapon, new title and age deduction, but this is only a smalld eduction, so you best bet is to do the trader escort quest, get some randoms from the lookout point to follow you, escrot the traders as far as the temple of skorm and sacrafice the people, but be sure not to sacrifice the traders or the quest will restart and you will lose the age bonus. After sacrificing the poeple, hero save (if it says world save, your doing it wrong) and reload and repeat.
