oh my gosh. you can get in if you win the lost traders quest. Then you can buy beer and get the owner grope drunk. Hell tell you where the deeds are. then if your evil, you own the place, and can do it for free. If youre good, you disband it and it becomes like a normal town.

yes if you beat the game and your good you go to the demon door in front of the guild on lookout point.
you will have to play like 5 puzzels then you go to a island and get like all the craziest stuff out.
you have to thow jack of blades mask and sword away thow.
you get a sword with like 5 augments on it i think its 2 health, 1 fire, 1 lightning, and 1 silver. you pretty much kill anything with 1 or 2 hits
