if you walk there to the grey house at the begining of the walk there is some stables and
you will find a light symbol on a corner at the bottom and it will show flame use it three
times and go to the cellar and it will be unlocked

not that cellar the cellar behind the bowerstone tavern

I know about that cellar i have found lady greys sister and how lady grey killed her to
become mayor so im already the mayor without marrying her already so i dont care about the
grey house cellar

All the above answers are wrong and ****ed. The answer is that you must go toi the travent
cellar in Bowerstone around midnight. The cellar will be right opened for U and U get a
leather suit top after opening the chest inside.

u have too go there around midnight and then it will be open

Its doesnt have to be midnight. The statue in lookout point turns alot. If you go to the
cellar while the statue is pointing to bowerstone south the cellar will be unlocked
