you can do this for just about every house in the game if u feel that you do not want to glitch or cheat or do anything that will make the game less fun you can just kill the owner/owners of every house even stores and buy them then when they pay your rent if you choose to rent them out (good get cash trick)you can make 10k a day by making rounds across the world picking up ur cash
