Im on the jack of blades quest and i need to go stock up on food but it trapped me in the guild i cant leave the gate is on fire and it dosent let me go out and i cant teleport out What do i do? i cant just kill him without any food or potions

i'v come all the way to jack of blades only t get raped...m not able kill him.i can damage him pretty fast till the point he starts flying.after that how do i attack hlm?
