Cover Val at the docks

how do I stop Val getting killed at the docks. i always run out of sniper bullets before she gets away. No other amo seems to work?

Hi I had the same problem but there is only one way ... you must kill some people in one
shot at the head, that will give you some extra bullets because after some deaths you will
jump to another part of the game. Soooo practice man!!! practice!!!
