Grand Theft Auto Double Pack Cheats

Go to the airport and go to the MAIN runway, go to the end of the runway
with the helipad and turn right and there's a cop car just sitting
there.

While in game play press the following below:
foggy weather - L/ White/ R/ Black/ Black/ R/ White/ A
rainy weather - L/ White/ R/ Black/ Black/ R/ White/ B
clear weather - L/ White/ R/ Black/ Black/ R/ White/ Y
cloudy weather - L/ White/ R/ Black/ Black/ R/ White/ X

To do this cheat simply find a taxi or cabbie and steal it (probably works with the secret red cabbie). Drive up to one of your favorite cars with it. When you are there press and hold down the X button. Get out of the taxi while you are holding X, with Y. Keeping holding X and get inside your favorite car. When your character is in the car waiting, unleash the X button. Make sure you do not unleash the X button while you character is opening the car. Now the game thinks you are inside a taxi, good job.

If you spawn a car or use various other codes, your criminal level can go down dramatically. For example, you can have a rating of Hatchetman (2500), spawn two cars and then have a rating of Untrustable (-60).
