Simply find a cop car (prefferably a cop motorcycle) get alot of tec 9 or micro smg or smg ammo. Then click the right thumbstick to start vigilante missions. beat level 12 and you will have 150% armor, which is cool because it dosent disinigrate in 10 seconds when you get shot at!!!
