What is the cheat code to unlock the intire map without douing the missions?

Easiest way (glitch)


enable cars fly and fly way past gameplay you should have map unlocked.

spawn jetpack in police car during starting cutseen to unlock many stuff such as all
barriers gone and all weapons in ammunation and ability to buy all properties hope i
helped xD


PS. cops will still come after you if u dont do missions and leave town even with starting
glitch.
