okay, i wouldn't waste my time doing this if it was a lie so trust me, it works. In San
andreas.
First:
*get a car and drive to the pilot area. there will be a guy in a little booth saying 'this
area is resricted to liscened pilots only' or somthing like that.
*Drive beside the booth (get as close as you can to it)
* get out and jump on the roof of the car and climb onto the booth. then jump over the
over side and WOLAAAAAAH ! your in the air feilds. 
*run up to a plane (its red and white) and press Y to climb in.
*then you got yourself a plane.
