Effect: He thinks that when you make a pile of just a few nades you can worthog jump just from them and go higher then you could before.

First worthog jump up to the scarab gun, then worthog jump over to the soccer ball and you MUST only use the scarab gun while shooting the ball. You have to make it go into the half dome shaped thing in the part of the lvl where you first come out of the tunnel. The dome represents a soccer goal post. Next go back and worthog jump up to where the scarab gun was and now the skull will be floating above the caution sign.
