Zanzibar:go to the room on the opposite side of the beach(the other side of the level) go into the building and go to the left... destroy the 2nd window... then you'll see a small piece of glass sticking out of the side of the windom, crouch under it to the left and move to the right till you get stuck. then let go of the crouch button (you should still stay crouched) then hold forward and tap "A", hold forward then you should go flying up
