I think these people are just makeing suff up like what do suga look like.So people that wounder about how to unlock suga that suff is FAKE!!!

Its in the center of the open area above the cl*** buildings. It doesn't look like much
of a dinosaur. When you enter the level keep going up until u find a small center and
have. I've tried gettin "Suga" by that but lack of direction has left me still unable to
