you need a skill which isnt there so u cant get it

i tryed to get it but couldend because none of my soliders had curse.

they do it but you cant have it or i think you have to get enough money to get a person
with curse

complete all the story modes of the non-humans and it allows u 2 thn chose the range skill
for the bone dragon

this is the easy way to get it just go to the title screen and press X,A,B,White,Black
then u have it

because the mercenaries have either raged or curse and i havent seen even 1 officer have
both raged and curse ???????? All so confusing
