The key to getting better wins is run-and-gun.  Especially in your
dynasty.  Hit pause during a game click settings, defensive playbook,
and switch 2-3 some to half court trap.  Then when your in your game
switch to half court trap and play tight D like as soon as they pass the
ball in hold R thumbstick down and shuffle.  Once you get to half court
you will double team get a steal and take it to the hole.
