Ok get a car with really high top speed, upgrade it as much as you can. Go to blacklist and select race events. Then do the lap knockout on the bottom left of the list and do it over and over (you get $12,000 every time you win). After you do this and get $75,000 go and buy car #24, the Porsche and upgrade it alot.
