Somehow i got locked into coal harbour west and i cant get out. I can use the world map from the garage and i can outrun. But i cant get out of coal harbour west. im at level 2-3 and my star ratings just under 6,

ive god 98% of the game completed... and i cant get any more percentage on it! why can't i get any more percent? what do i need to do?

i have completed my stage 4 but i cant get stage 5

in level 2 how do you complete it i did everything on my map and i still cant get to the next map

on level 2 when you do everything on the map how do you get to the next map is there somthing hidden that you have to find cause i did everything and the next map wont show
