goal 5

Goal 5 just started, and befor the fund raiser party I was fixing up yhe pool area and just published my first Dec. mag, and playmate pic. I accidentaly sold the outdoor bar and now I cant buy anything in the pool area only. I had the fund raiser party and I still cant buy a new outdoor bar, or buy anything in the pool section. Why cant I? How do I fix this?
