My friend figured it out,
but for those who come upon this and need help
you first break all of the lightning things and then you attack the woman until she goes
into the trees
you then pull down the branches and attack her until she goes to the top of the tree
once she's at the top of the tree get to the top branch and then lock onto her and press X
that should kill her, and then you just follow the X

After I read this i did it and it worked. I also figured out that if you target her with
Tetsugen and hit her with it it does a lot of damage for me. It helps to target her so you
know where she is.
