how do i get out of blue creek appartments? i have killed every thing and collected all i can fined but it still is saying that something is not right and wont let me out???

youve got to go through the appartment not out of it there is a girl that is waiting for you she wants to give you something its a knife than you got to find the fire escape and go through all that when you drop out of the blue creek place you can continue.
