In a Replay game, go to the Texxon Gas Station. Near the Food Store of the Station, look in a Magazine Display Case for the Book of Memories.

Clear the In Water, Maria and Leave Endings on one save file to make a DOG Key appear inside a Doghouse near Jack's Inn in Southvale Silent Hill.

In a Replay game, go to the Silent Hill: Historical Society. After the first room from when you enter, look in one of the Display Cases for the Obsidian Goblet. This item is crucial to obtaining the Rebirth Ending.

In a Replay Game, go to the Reading Room in the Evil Lakeview Hotel. On the Bookshelf, across from the headphones is the book.

Beat the game once on any difficulty mode for both riddle and action difficulties. Then go to Room 105 in the Boue Creek Apartment Buildings and in the kitchen is the White Chrism.

After beating both games once, start a new game from the same save and in the bathroom there should be a blue gem by one of the stalls on the floor.
