in front of the house on the curb

Do you have to enter cheats when you pause the game it it comes up with buy mode ect....
because when i try in pause mode it doesn't work i need them cheats. and also do you enter
them with your analog stick or arrow keys?

you use the a, b,y and x button and the the black pad thing, u also do it fast and in the
start menu but what the cheat is i don't know but if you could tell me that would be
awsome!! Good Luck with that!!
