 Im infront of moneybags shop in icy wilderness where there are two steel doors with no supercharge pads anywhere. I search and search but nothing. I've tried teleporting to a place with supercharge pads then teleporting back but the meter's always empty. Can I plz get just at least one hint I can understand?

 I have come to a stop. I can't get out of the underground. I'm jumping on black panels which have red lines on the edges and if you stay on them to long the drop down and you fall away. I jump on the first 6 panels and the can't get any where. I can't get to moneybags either to get out. How in the hell do I get out of here?

 in the main area of the icy realm, there are 3 steel doors but no supercharge pads, how do i open them?
